Estonian Soldier Decorated with U.S. Bronze Star
Senior Master Sergeant Hillar Pliiats, a member of the Estonian Defense Forces since 1997, was awarded the U.S. Bronze Star Medal on June 28th by Major General Byron Bagby, Operations Director of Allied Joint Forces Command (JFC), Brunssum, Netherlands.

This year the Estonian Victory Day Parade was held in Viljandi. The parade celebrated 91 years passing from the Võnnu Battle of the Estonian War of Independance in which Estonian army beat the German Army, the Landeswehr.
